RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.  Our returns policy is valid for 14 days only.  If 14 days has passed by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

If you would like to return your item simply due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, we would be more than happy to provide you with a Store Credit Voucher that is valid for 12 months.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but you can purchase the correct size or item using your credit note.

The following items are exempt from our Returns Policy and cannot be returned for a Store Credit Voucher:

If your item is faulty, we would be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. If you consider your item to be faulty, our policy is 7 days from the day you receive your item to notify us and the item must be unworn.

For incorrect sizes selected by yourself, an exchange only will apply providing it’s within the 14 days of receiving your order.  

We are more than happy to provide you with a Store Voucher that is valid for 12 months.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Items must also be in the original packaging where applicable such as tags, boxes etc.

To complete your return you may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

Please note:  Postage of all returns is at the expense of the customer and is non-refundable.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

*All items should be intact with the original labels attached and unworn.

*We will require proof of any faulty items, for example photos when you receive your item.

*All items should be in the original packaging.

*All items are your responsibility until they reach Three Bears Kids Store.  We are not liable for lost or damaged items during transportation.  We recommend postage insurance or a reliable tracking service.

*Postage costs on all returns are at the customers expense.

*Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return or refund.

*All sale and promotional items are final sale and may not be refunded. 

 

 

CANCELLING YOUR PRE-ORDER

We process pre order items very shortly after your purchase, therefore if we have already ordered the item, any cancellation will result in a fee of $10.00 per item cancelled.

 

 

 

 

If your item has a fault and is by no fault of your own, please email us at hello@threebearskidsstore.com to advise us and obtain a return address.  All of our items are inspected thoroughly prior to leaving us, but if an event occurs, we will happily exchange or at our discretion, we may offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.  Please allow 5 working days for the return to be inspected and processed. We may offer you a refund only if we cannot replace a faulty item.  When approved, a refund will be processed within 24 hours via the original payment method you used for your order or a credit for an exchange will be issued.

If you are returning an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order and to fulfil your order.
